1 General Provisions

3 Account Management

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

f999c currently supports transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Transactions through any method other than these will not be accepted.

4.2 Limits and Processing Times

Deposits generally take a few minutes to process. For withdrawals, funds will reach your account within 30 minutes to 3 hours after KYC verification and security checks are completed.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

To request a withdrawal, you must use the same payment method that was used to make the deposit. Wagering requirements applicable to bonus-related withdrawals must be met. f999c reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if any suspicious activity is identified.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on f999c are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. To activate this bonus, the first deposit after registration must be ৳500 or more.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after completing bets totalling 10 times the combined bonus and deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if not used within the specified time, the bonus will expire.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• f999c reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at its discretion.
• If misuse or manipulation of a bonus offer is suspected, the account may be terminated.

5.4 VIP Program

f999c has five VIP tiers: starting from Bronze, then Silver, Gold, Platinum and the highest tier Diamond. By playing regularly you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback of up to 0.2% at Bronze and up to 1.2% at Diamond.

6 Gaming Rules

f999c platform offers slots, live casino, sports betting and various types of games. Each game has its own rules, which you are advised to read before starting.

6.1 Technical Errors

If the result of any game appears abnormal due to a technical error or software issue, f999c reserves the right to void the result of that round and refund the bet amount. Any abnormal winnings received as a result of a technical error will be considered void.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, bets will be settled based on the final result of the event. If any event is cancelled, postponed or incomplete, f999c will refund the bet amount or settle it in accordance with standard rules.

6.3 Maximum Win Limits

Maximum win limits may apply to certain games or bonus rounds. These limits will be clearly stated in the game information. Payment beyond the set limit is not obligatory.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f999c platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using another person's identity or information.

• Exploiting any vulnerability or technical error in the platform for advantage.

If any of the above activities are proven, f999c will terminate the account, confiscate the balance and take legal action if necessary.

8 Limitation of Liability

• Internet disconnection or third-party technical failures.
• Problems with your device or software.
• Unexpected service interruptions or maintenance downtime.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized use of your login details.
• Discontinuation of any service due to legal obligations.

f999c will not be liable for indirect, incidental or special damages to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no case will f999c's total liability exceed the balance in your account at the time of the relevant incident.

9 Intellectual Property

All content used on the f999c platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, audio and other elements — is protected by the intellectual property rights of f999c or the relevant game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi and others).
